- In May of 2003, SSF and the Seattle Chapter launched our website, sustainablestyle.org, which has become the resource for sustainable living and design, both for design professionals and consumers. Our most popular resources include:
- Showcase, highlighting the newest sustainable products and resources,
- Spotlight, reporting the latest sustainability news, resources and developments,
- sslog, the sustainable style web log, and
- Online Source Books, organized by industry and city.
- In March 2004, SSF and the Seattle Chapter launched our online publication, SASS Magazine, to rave reviews.
- In May 2004, the Seattle Chapter launched the Seattle Stylesheet, a monthly newsletter on sustainability in the Seattle area.
- In April 2004, SSF held our First Annual OSSA Awards in Los Angeles at the Gibson/Baldwin Showroom.
- In April 2005, SSF held our Second Annual OSSA Awards in Los Angeles at the Marina del Rey Ritz Carlton. Both events included several Puget Sound honorees.

In the next year, we plan to:
- Develop our Seattle Peer Alliance for Leadership in Sustainability (PALS) business network program.
- Hire a full time executive director and development director.
- Launch our YO!SSF youth programs that will engage and inspire students in Home Economics, Art, Business and Trades classes to make more sustainable lifestyle choices.
- Launch SID, the SSF Sustainable Industry & Design Museum & Hall of Fame.
- Launch SSFtags, SSF’s innovative labeling program to identity sustainable products and services.
- Continue to build our chapters in Los Angeles, New York, Seoul, South Korea, and San Francisco.
