 With climate change becoming an ever hotter topic in the media and the world, Salon.com and Rolling Stone compiled a list of 25 individuals working to create positive change in the fight against global warming. The list features a varied cast, including scientists, ministers, students, politicians, activists, lawyers, celebrities, inventors, and world leaders. Al Gore, Laurie David, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tony Blair are all on the list, as well as some big industry names like Duke Power CEO Paul Anderson and GE CEO Jeff Immelt; the article proves that fighting climate change has perforated all levels of modern society and will take the cooperation of many to be a success. |
