MTV's Trippin' follows Cameron Diaz and friends to some of the world's most environmentally unique and sensitive locales to raise awareness for environmental initiatives, with an accompanying website that includes Earth Day, climate change and other local activism resources.
With the help of NativeEnergy, the show is also the world's first climate-neutral television series. Throughout the series, Trippin’ offset more than 800 tons (or 1.6 million pounds) of greenhouse gases. Additionally, MTV and Cameron Diaz’s team partnered with numerous other leading environmental organizations to enlighten the show’s audience about ecological issues across the globe and provide them with the resources to effect change. |
