Farmers Insurance Extends Hybrid Discount to 41 States

December 6, 2006

Farmers Insurance has expanded their hybrid discount offer to include all 41 states where they operate. Hybrid car and other alternative fuel only (no flex fuel) drivers will be eligible for discounts of up to 10 percent on their coverage.

First offered in California in 2005, Farmers plans to extend the discounts further, leaving just a handful of states on the east coast unavailable by the end of 2007.
