18seconds.org: Change a Bulb, Change Everything

Offering an interactive map that ranks states in the US based on how "enlightened" they are, 18seconds.org encourages everyone to switch to energy-efficient compact fluorescent bulbs with a little friendly competition from the rest of the country. How enlightened is your state?
So far, over 14 million bulbs have been purchased since the beginning of 2007, which translates into over $414 million in savings on energy bills, the equivalent of taking almost 100,000 cars off the road and saving almost 1.5 billion pounds of coal from being burned, and over 6 billion pounds of CO2 kept out of the atmosphere. So change a bulb; it changes everything.
