Toyota Camry Hybrid: the 2007 Canadian Car of the Year
March 2, 2007
The Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC) has named the Toyota Camry Hybrid the winner of the 2007 Canadian Car of the Year. The Camry is the first hybrid to ever win the top award. As fuel efficiency becomes more & more important to buyers, could a similar award be in store in the States?
Not to be shown up, Mercedes-Benz's BlueTec diesel emissions-control technology won the award for Best New Technology. Great to see two earth-friendly technologies at the top of the class!
