The Tao of Willie: BioWillie on Fresh Air

Willie Nelson recently visited Terry Gross on NPR's Fresh Air program to chat up his new book, The Tao of Willie. While talking about Bob Dylan, writing his first song and "a guide to the happiness in your heart," Willie also got talking about biodiesel.

Willie has been a tireless proponent and even sells his own brand of the alternative fuel. He said the way he was exposed to biodiesel (he hadn't heard of alternative fuel possibilities other than regular petroleum) shows that President Bush's use of the phrase "addicted to oil" is misleading. "I don't think we're addicted, I think that's the only thing we've had," Nelson said.
