The Sterling Café is the Nations first organic restaurant Certified Organic by the Department of Agriculture. Almost everything you eat in their restaurant has been grown organically. That means no pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, mildicides, insecticides, growth hormones, antibiotics, or synthetic fertilizers. Down to the spices and herbs, chicken, pork products, all vegetables and fruits. All are organically grown. All of the fresh seafood is Wild.
