  • Beyond Green : Toward a Sustainable Art : Beyond Green exhibits work from artist's using sustainable design strategies. This is one of the first exhibitions to group artists around the sustainable theme that is often associated with architecture and design. Until May 7th at the Museum of Art and Design : Beyond Green :
  • Sustainable Art: Andrea Zittel : Critical Space will run from January 26th through May 27th at the New Museum of Contemporary Art in NYC. It is Zittel's first comprehensive solo exhibition in the United States. It features the work she has created under the name A-Z Administrative Services. Her Living Units, Escape Vehicles and the complete line of A-Z Personal Uniforms are on view as will new work developed at A-Z West, the artist's studio in California. Andrea will also be exhibiting her Wagon Stations that are small mobile units on the A-Z West settlement which have been customized by invited individuals. The exhibit at the Whitney will run from February 9th through May 7th : Andrea Zittel :
  • Green Table : Head down to this sustainable restaurant in Chelsea Market this March and they will donate 10% of their net profit to the Cloud Institute. The Green Table features handcrafted, organic and sustainably-grown wines and beers, along with a seasonal menu that changes daily.
