Pier Paolo Peruccio is an Assistant Professor in Industrial Design at the Politecnico di Torino (Italy) where he teachs "History and culture of Multimedia" and specializes in Architecture. Pier Paolo received his PhD in History of Contemporary Architecture and Town-Planning. Pier Paolo lectures at several universities internationally, including Politecnico di Torino and Politecnico di Milano (ITALY), Sharjah University (UAE), Middle East Techinical University (TURKEY). He is Managing Publisher of Il Giornale dell'Architettura (Architetural Magazine), Umberto Allemandi & C., and Il Giornale del Design (Design magazine, a section of Il Giornale dell'Architettura). Pier Paolo was a speaker and panelist at the Design Korea 2005 International Conference and has authored many articles on industrial design, multimedia, architecture and other topics published in important reviews and newspapers (Il Giornale dell' Architettura, Il Giornale dell'Arte, Il Riformista, L' Unita, etc.). Currently, he is working on several research projects concerning the eco-compatibility of industrial products and components, eco-design and systems design issues, as well as the history of design and its relations with the world of multimedia.
